Trane Technologies expands Thermo King Americas business with acquisition of CSTK, Inc., a leading Thermo King dealer serving the Northeast and Central U.S.
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., February 5, 2026 – Global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) and its Thermo King® brand, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions, completed the acquisition of CSTK, Inc., a longstanding, independent Thermo King sales and service dealer serving the Northeast and Central regions of the United States.
CSTK has represented Thermo King in the Northeastern and Central U.S. markets for more than 50 years. The business offers a full suite of transport refrigeration services, including installation, maintenance, and repairs, along with maintenance contracts and telematics services.
With the transition, CSTK joins Trane Technologies’ Thermo King business in the Americas, where they will continue to serve their existing markets – now as a company-owned dealer. The acquisition includes CSTK's existing operations across 10 sites, customer base, and experienced, knowledgeable team of more than 200 employees.
