Thermo King named a 2026 Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking

MINNEAPOLIS, October 13, 2026 – Thermo King, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions and a strategic brand of global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), has been named a 2026 “Top Company for Women to Work in Trucking” by the Women In Trucking Association (WIT), recognizing the company’s commitment to creating a workplace where women can build, grow and advance their careers.

Thermo King was also named to WIT’s “Elite 30,” recognizing the 30 companies that received the highest number of votes from transportation industry professionals. More than 18,000 professionals participated in the industry-wide vote, including leaders across executive management, operations, safety, human resources, talent management and professional driving.

Thermo King and fellow honorees will be recognized during a special awards program at the 2026 Accelerate! Conference & Expo in Dallas on Oct. 27.

“This recognition reflects the talented women who contribute to Thermo King every day and the culture we continue to build together,” said Jenny Dumdei, human resources leader, Thermo King Americas. “Our industry is strongest when we bring together people with different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives. We’re proud to create opportunities for women to grow their careers, lead teams and help shape what’s next for Thermo King and the transportation industry.”

Presented by Redefining the Road, WIT’s official magazine, the annual recognition honors companies focused on the employment and retention of women in trucking. Companies are evaluated on attributes including a culture that fosters gender diversity, competitive compensation and benefits, flexible work opportunities, professional development and opportunities for career advancement.

The recognition reflects Thermo King’s continued commitment to creating a workplace where women have opportunities to grow, lead and help shape the future of the transportation industry.
