Trane Technologies Acquires Force TK, a Top 10 Thermo King Dealer in North America
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., October 7, 2026 – Global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) and its Thermo King® brand, a leader in sustainable transport temperature control solutions, completed the acquisition of Thermo King West, Inc., which goes to market as Force TK, one of the leading sellers of Thermo King units across the Western and Southern U.S. regions and a Top 10 Thermo King dealer in North America.
Force TK has been an exclusive dealer of Thermo King equipment for several decades, offering sales, installation and after-sales service of refrigeration units, accessories, maintenance contracts and telematics solutions.
The dealership consists of approximately 225 employees across 15 full-service locations in Arizona, New Mexico, Virginia, North Carolina, Texas, Wyoming, Maryland, West Virginia and Delaware. With this transition, Force TK joins Trane Technologies’ Thermo King business in the Americas and will continue to serve its existing markets as a company-owned dealership.
